Eligibility for Returns:

Timeframe: Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if received in a damaged condition.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Acceptance of the return request is at the sole discretion of the organization. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at kcpaulsince1942@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return along with a photograph of the product as received.

2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
